This Deep Cleaning service is recommended for first time Initial Cleanings, Occasional Cleaning, Spring Cleaning, Market Ready Cleaning, Holiday Cleaning, Gifts for Friends & Family, etc.

  • Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed or wiped/dusted)

  • Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed or wiped/dusted in place/not removed)

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Blinds & shutters (hand washed or wiped/dusted)

  • Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped/dusted)

  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped/dusted, reachable w/out moving furniture)

  • Walls (spot cleaned)

  • Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped/dusted)

  • Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped/dusted)

  • Furniture (cleaned under, wiped fronts, sides, legs- polished upon request)

  • Beds (made tidy- linens changed upon request)

  • Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped/dusted)

  • Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave

  • Inside of appliances (upon request)

  • Stovetop, grates or drip pans (scrubbed)

  • All Cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped/dusted)

  • All Doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped/dusted)

  • Light switch plates (hand washed or wiped/dusted)

  • Counter tops & backsplashes (hand washed or wiped/dusted)

  • All sinks (scrubbed)

  • Mirrors (cleaned)

  • Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed for build up)

  • All bathroom counters & fixtures (cleaned)

  • Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)

  • Stairs (vacuumed &/or  mopped)

  • Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
    It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate cleaning the areas describe above.
     

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

* We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaning (available upon request).
*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.

*We cannot clean your kitchen sink if it is full of dishes. Please have kitchen sinks ready to be cleaned, or it will not be cleaned.
